Where can I find gourmet/really good hot chocolate?

…I just bought my mom the cutest snowman mugs for Xmas…but they look kind of lonely…I know she likes Land of Lakes cocoa, but I want some really high-ends hot chocolate, because this is a gift. Anyone know where I can find such a thing? Thanks!

Scrumptious gourmet chocolate?

I’m a professional nail technician. I have a signature pedi and mani that’s completely chocolate and cocoa based. I would like to add something special, like a little chocolate treat. Sure, I could buy a bunch of chocolate online and spend a ton of money and it not be any good. What brands of gourmet chocolate do you like? What brand gives the best variety? Dark, light, german, milk.. etc. I am looking for a higher end chocolate. Thanks for any advice!

What type of chocolate should I use to make a ganache?

I heard it’s bittersweet chocolate but will it make the ganache sweet? Is it okay to use milk chocolate? What if you mix milk chocolate and bittersweet chocolate together? I have a bar of chocolate that’s 70% cocoa.
