The purpose of this Blog and the Video’s I have made are to share my experience as a pastry chef with you and your families, I know how much fun my son has baking and cooking and aim to encourage as many people as I can back in to the kitchen and out of the fast food outlets, i will also use this blog to post other projects i’m working on at times this video took at least an hour to film, 4 hours to edit and 2hours to render but in the end im happy and think it was worth it. so i thought i’d share my passion for cooking with you, me and Jake bake or cook something most weekends and its great. i really hope at least 1 person takes my message to heart and gets back in the kitchen with the kids, its simple, easy and fun so get a move on, should i make a mini web series with this idea? im sitting eating a cookie as i type this at 1230am lol the recipe; 115g / 4oz Butter or Margarine 115g / 4oz Sugar 1 egg (lightly beaten) 5ml / 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 175g / 6 oz Plain Flour 175g / 6 oz Plain Chocolate Chips 1.
