Chocolate Waffle Recipes?

we have a Belgian waffle maker for Christmas, and want to find some recipes of chocolate. if anyone has a recipe for Belgian chocolate waffle, it would be greatly appreciated.

Belgian Waffles 2 c. cream 2 tbsp. superfine sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract Waffle Batter: 1 1 / 4 cup sifted cake flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 / 4 cup sugar Pinch of salt 4 egg yolks 1 1 / 2 c. 1 teaspoon milk. vanilla extract 1 / 2 c. melted Butter 4 egg whites Preheat a waffle iron. Whip the first three ingredients and place in refrigerator to cool. Sift together flour, baking powder, 1 / 4 cup sugar and salt in a piece of wax paper. Beat egg yolks slightly and add milk, vanilla and melted butter. Fall into the dry ingredients and blend just to combine. In one clean a separate bowl, beat egg whites until they are stiff but not dry and fold into the mixture gently. Bake in waffle iron seasoned medium heat until steam stops escaping. Dust the baked waffles with confectioner's sugar and top with whipped cream. strawberries or peaches can be served on top. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ srry a chocolate could not hope this helps Thomas
